“They were a lot of vegetation around. The beach was close but for a stay of 2 weeks, they should have had a washer and dryer. The greeting was so, so. I found that the price was too high. ”

“The friendly owner showed pride in the condition of his few cabins and was very helpful in showing us some birding areas. We also went on a trip looking for a specific bird as well. I had nice view from the private deck of the furthest cabin. The wifi was a bit spotty in a rain storm but I suspect most people have full time data on their phones. It was a good comfortable accommodation for a very reasonable price with tv and hot water and low cost meals were available if needed. Lots of birds on……

“ Wonderful one-bedroom, perched atop the mountain! We woke up to one of the most beautiful views you could dream of, every morning! Our days consisted of sitting on the covered patio, in the morning, enjoying a coffee, the view, and the sounds of the jungle waking up. From there, each day was different, Ten minutes drive down to the town of Montezuma for breakfast, or driving over to Santa Teresa, or going on a snorkeling excursion at Tortuga Island, or on a walking through the Wildlife……

“Just what we were looking for. The only property on dominicalito beach as far as i can tell. Great for relaxibg and swimming. Host was helpful, what is not to like?”

“For our vacation the Blue Butterfly Cottage was the perfect accomodation. We had everything we needed and Bret was an excellent host. He offered his help all the time and was always making sure we had a great experience. We especially liked the fact he offers various activities like Ziplining, Riding- or Night-tours directly on his beautiful and extensive property. Beside tours we were always invited to explore the area with its handbuild trails on our own. On warmer days swimming in the private……

“We decided to change accommodations a few days before arriving in Montezuma Beach and couldn't have made a better decision. Enjoying the pool and working or reading on the covered patio were beyond relaxing. You're surrounded by nature while still enjoying the comforts of a full kitchen. Couldn't recommend staying here enough!”
