“Our only regret about our stay at this hotel is that we cannot give it more stars. The menus were innovative, the rooms spotless and extremely comfortable, the facilities (including pool and Wellness Centre) luxurious; but above all the service levels were the highest we have ever experienced. All of the staff were friendly and communicative, all prepared to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction. Should we revisit Gran Canaria we will undoubtedly choose to stay at the hotel again and……

“Arrived late and collected the keys per instructions. The grounds are stunning and maintained to a high standard. Our apartment was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Housekeeping every second day from arrival ensured it was kept clean. Staff all very pleasant and just a short walk to the beach and restaurants nearby. The main bus station is a 2 minute walk. Really lovely place to stay but when we were there in a January it was quite quiet especially in the evenings. ”

“It was difficult to find as there was no signage out front. Address number is 8 written on the mailbox. Prompt text communication via Whatsapp for checkin. Keybox for building door. Code entry for apartment. Small, comfortable 1 bedroom apartment with patio and lounge chairs. No sea view from our unit but it was only 1 block from the promenade starting at the estuary/sand dunes. Lovely short walk to the beach and restaurants. Convenient SPAR shop a few doors down. Man selling tours around the……

“Another fantastic stay at Clubmaspalomassuites. Super helpful staff , wonderful breakfast and Evening meal. Rolms wonderful cleaned daily . Everything around resort was spotless. This hotel gives fantastic service and great value for money . We were upgraded on day one what was a nice touch. My wife was given a surprise birthday cake and sing along . “I enjoyed my stay here, even though it was very short. Just to sleep before an early morning flight. I really appreciated how they assisted me in arranging a taxi to the airport the night before my flight. And, since I’d be missing the included breakfast, they packed me a bagged breakfast/lunch of donuts, a sandwich, an apple, and a bottle of water. Very kind of them and exceptional customer service. The room was also clean and comfortable. I’d stay there again and I definitely recommend it to……
