Ac was not working & loud party next door

For 2 days it was over 80 upstairs and took all day after we called to finally get it fixed. Then the next 2 nights loud music and party kept us up way after midnight and woke up the baby. I will not stay at this place again.

Great Family Stay

Only issue with staying here was it wasn't long enough. Great location. Close to the beach. Loved the pool/splash pad as it gave an option for our little ones. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, clean and spacious home, short distance to the beach. Nice view of the beach on the third floor. We had a group of 20 and everyone fit comfortably. Communication was great. Enjoyed our stay.

Great holiday time!

Wonderful family time together . Lots of space with 3 stories to spread out. 3rd floor large enough to accommodate everyone at once. Made for a Christmas to remember! Walking distance to beach for play and relaxation and even a cozy fire on the beach at night👍

Nice property!

We were in town for my son's winging, so we did a lot of driving between Corpus Christi and Kingsville, which meant we weren't able to spend as much time at the property as we would have liked to. We had 10 members of my family and there was more than enough room for all of us. The property was very clean, there is a nice view from the upper levels, good location near the beach. We would stay again.

Wonderful family memories

Absolutely great family vacation. First time with entire group includes 3 children 2 and under. Only critisium of beach house was that the kitchen was on the 3rd floor. Lots of up and down for us older folks but overall stay was totally worth it. Great location to beach. Within a 5 minute walk. Great splashpad and pool for kids.

Large and Spacious...Even for 19 people

We had a last minute change of plans for post-Christmas getaway (thanks to Southwest Airlines). We quickly pivoted and found this great property that was a short, five-minute walk to the beach. The property was just as described, and though there were 19 of us staying here for 3 nights, it never felt crowded. Each family had their own space. I would highly recommend this property and the management company.

Daughters 21st bday

It was a very clean house. We definitely enjoyed staying there. We didn’t realize the kitchen was at the top floor until we got there. I’m sure it’s in the description, but I must’ve looked over that. It was very close to the beach. It was very quiet. The neighbors were very nice.! My daughter enjoyed her birthday and we enjoy celebrating it with her. Unfortunately, I left my games there in the game room, but it’s OK. I hope other families can enjoy them.!

Big Family Vacation

Overall we found the unit very clean and had plenty of room for our group of 16. Easy check in and close to the pool. The only thing we would have changed is the location of the kitchen and living room. They are located on the 3rd floor which is great for the view but also means a lot of carrying groceries up stairs when cooking for a house full. Luckily we have teenagers that were able to do the bulk of the up and downs. Very nice house and the location is great.

Very accommodating

This was a great beach house. My only complaint was that the sofa’s were drenched for some reason (maybe cleaner??) we flipped them over and it was fine. The kitchen is on the 3rd story so carrying coolers up was kinda of exhausting. We all had fun though!
