Nice stay! Cute property close enough to Rockport beach. Needs some doors adjusted that won’t close but aside from that it’s a beautiful house and we’ll maintained. Definitely would recommended or return.

Wonderful Rockport Rental
This rental property was the cleanest my family & I have experienced. The location was close to all restaurants, shopping, & most importantly, the beach. Our only disappointment was that the A/C would always adjust because the smart thermostat seems to be on a set schedule, but it wasn’t a huge inconvenience to us.

Excellent family rental
This rental is excellent for a family get away. We enjoyed having spaces for the children to play and to sleep. Toys were even provided. We had everything we needed there and the accommodations really met our needs. The area downstairs behind the garage doors was an extra bonus for our group. Showers were excellent and all families enjoyed having their own room. Would recommend!

This was a perfect house for our trip to Rockport. It was just a few minutes drive to the beach. The neighborhood was cute and clean with views of the water. The house has open shared spaces to hang out with plenty of privacy with the 3 separate bedrooms.

Great Time
We had a great time at this property. The garage area was perfect for hanging out while the kids played in the sand pit. Our only complaint was the AC the master bath does not cool. It just blows room temp air no matter what setting you put it on which make the bathroom quite uncomfortable in May after a hot shower. Also the water pressure in the master bath was almost non existent. They could probably remove the flow regulator from the shower head and it would help. There is an ice maker but it's not part of the fridge so we were constantly having to fill it with water. Other than these issues we had a great time.

The check in was super easy, there were lots of things to do around the house, not even to mention local beaches and activities. We only stayed for 3 days, but we had a great time and felt like we didn't even get the chance to get the full experience, highly recommended.
