This brand-new, custom beachside 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is the ideal vacation spot! The house features a functional floor plan with two primary bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a fun bunk room. Reach the beach in minutes with a quick stroll to the community boardwalk. After a day at the beach, grill, swim, and relax at this amazing house! This home backs onto a community pond, offering a stunning setting for splashing around in your private pool! Slip onto the deck with a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise, or enjoy a cold drink while taking in the sunset. You can't beat the ocean views this home has to offer! The home includes a highly functional kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, a washer and dryer, a poolside shower, and a bathroom. The style of this home makes you feel like you're at the beach from the moment you arrive, featuring shiplap, natural ceilings, and bamboo shades. Two king-size beds, a bunk room, and a pull-out sofa accommodate ten people comfortably. Get ready to enjoy the salt life! Due to limited parking, no trailers of any kind are allowed in the neighborhood. Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit towards beach gear rentals during your stay!

***The golf cart is rented through a local company Joy Golf Carts. They will reach out to you upon booking and have you sign a waiver, send in a copy of your DL and auto insurance, and provide a CC to keep on file in case of incidentals. The golf cart will be delivered to the house on the morning of your arrival.

**We do have the pool serviced twice a week on Monday and Friday (depending on weather) and we do our best to keep sand out of the pool. (Please note that this home is located in a developing community. There is some construction going on around).**

**A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking. Also required is a copy of the driver's license to receive check-in instructions. Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older **

Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a small delivery fee may apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Check-in time is approximate time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 pm but there is no guarantee.
-STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
-Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
