Property is nice and clean, pool just needs updating, very slippery, my daughter slipped and fell while walking from pool to the bar. Dining is limited because there's only 1 restaurant, no beach access, elevators don't have AC so hot when you go in.Not much activities in hotel... best to take tours. Very friendly staff.. hotel is far from airport and town proper and only means of transportation is by shuttle and tricycles.

The best hotel to stay in coron hands down. Their family room with loft beds is perfect buffet breakfast was delicious and pools around the property is nice to hang out in after a day of island hopping.

We enjoyed our stay at Zuri resort! Staff were friendly and rooms are clean. Customer service was excellent as well. Wifi was intermittent though. We kept losing service in the room.

Definitely enjoyed our stay! Superb amenities, staff are very friendly and accommodating, their daily breakfast is really good and provided a lot of choices. The town is very near, 20 - 30 minutes walkable or you have the option of taking the tricycle (stationed just outside the hotel) We will definitely return next year! I did not able to get there due to weather conditions. I rebooked my ticket 3 times and contacted the resort many times for them to be aware about the situation, but unfortunately they are not considering the situation. It’s just disappointing for them not to understand which is not my fault anyway. I wish they are more considerate especially if the situation like typhoon, or they should let the guest ahead for of time about the weather conditions especially i am not from here. I travelled from California to the Philippines wishing to see this resort but very unfortunate. I spent a lot of money for this and who knows that typhoon is coming this time. They should let guests know about the situation and be more understanding for like me that spend money travelling. The staff who answered the call you will get lucky of they will answer the phone, if they answer they will hang up. They are rude and i feel like i am bugging them. Too much attitude and not friendly. Im not the only one who experienced this cause i am travelling some friends from california and they also told me the same thing every time they contact the resort. I wish they are more emphatic towards tourists cause we did not use the resort anyway we never experience it and they should refund the money cause nobody’s fault, it’s the weather.

We really enjoyed our stay here, we had the family suite and my kids and granddaughter really enjoyed the bunk bed. Room was spacious and clean, breakfast were really good and changes everyday, there’s always tricycle available which is so convenient. They have the kiddie pool, and 2 infinity pools one of them have the bar, so awesome. Well maintained, please keep up the excellent job! Kudos to all the staff and management

The property is one of the rare modern building in Coron. Service at the Resort is top notch. Being in an island is not easy but even indoor is very damp. Pool area always smell of sewage. Addressing this will move them to the best!

I was delayed but the rest of my party had arrived, the resort allowed them to check in at my request and were taken care of decreasing my stress of traveling. Once I arrived I was well taken care of and enjoyed the facilities and views. Breakfast was delicious and the variety amazing. I cant wait to book another stay in the future.

My husband is a paraplegic so we needed a wheelchair accessible room. There was only one accessible room on the property. It had bars in the bathroom for people that had difficulty walking or standing but was not sufficient for someone who could not walk at all. The shower was not a roll in and we had difficulty maneuvering the shower with the door. Staff tried to work with us by removing the door and making a ramp to go over the door rail of the shower. They were really trying their best to accomodate us. There needs to be ways for someone in a wheelchair to navigate the stairways to the facilities like the spa and pools. Once again, staff was great in assisting him by carrying him and his wheelchair up and down the stairs. Aside from that, our stay was great and services were awesome.
