“The hotel is about 20 - 25 minutes from Bolzano center, its in Collepietra, Trentino-Alto Adige. The room we had was spacious, as well as the bathroom, (we love the heated floor in the bathroom), comfortable bed and good wifi reception. The hotel has restaurant and own parking. “Because I don’t speak Italian or German, checking un was a challenge. The receptionist behaved as if I was the one at fault for not finding a common language. After taking our passports and handing me a key, she left abruptly without indicating the location of the room. The room itself was nice.
