“I stay with my team here every year because it was good for us but this year not so much. One of our room door was unfortunately left open by a member of staff which was confirmed by the front desk after investigation on CCTV. Thankfully, nothing was missing. Second, the door key did not work so everytime I wanted to go into my room, I had to go down to get a member of staff to open it for me. And lastly, we stayed here 5 nights with no house cleaning in any of our rooms. Difficult to say we……

“Location is perfect, very close to a lot of restaurants and shopping places. The suite is tidy and clean, as well as spacious. ”

“For the most part, looked exactly like the pictures, worth the value. It was a nice little apartment, clean however, the room smelt a little and the outside smelt of bins.”

“The apartment is best located. It is spacious and clean. Its bed is cosy. Full equipped kitchen. Its staff is friendly. Everything is nice. But some of its hardware failed. The room temperature is controlled by a terribly designed electronic button which does not work easily. With great efforts and over 10 minutes, I slowly moved the cursor from 18.5 degree to 19.8 degree, since each time - if I succeeded in moving the screen’s little man into his box and ordered to move up room……

“The condition of kitchen was poor with coffee machine, fork, dirty bottle to contain cold water,, .Fortunately, the washing machine and dryer was good and effective. Hopefully, more customers will like this aparthotel because they could rectify all after some of the above had been brought up for their attention on the second day. Some problems had been reflected when I checked out on the third day.”

“The studio has many facilities which I felt would benefit couples/families more. The check in process was rather complex. I was expecting a text message regarding the deposit but it came through in the app and I wasn’t notified through email like the initial message. This has caused some hiccups on the check in process. After checking out, the deposit was not returned until I chased for it.”
