“Excellent facility. Would definitely go back.”

“One thing I learned after staying at this hotel was to not judge a book by its cover. Upon pulling up to the hotel, I was concerned. First, it is in a somewhat desolate area with very little around. Secondly, the sign off the highway looks as though a bomb went off in it. Lastly, the photograph on Expedia was not a good representation of what the actual exterior looks like. At night, the sign on the building has a lot of the lights burned out and overall, was not very inviting. We ended up……

“Small hidden cabin but spacious studio like room with amazing amenities included. Quick response time from owners. Very scenic location with alot of privacy.”

“The host was okay but he came running down to the room as he gave us the wrong room. The walls were cut 2 ft off the top and off the bottom separating the wash basin from the beds. The bedding was stained and the spread didn't look clean at all. The temp control did not work right it was either freezing or nothing. The television remote didn't work right either and when it finally came on you could only receive 3 channels. The good thing was we didn't have neighbors.”

“Great property on a quiet Lake of Egypt cove...house was nice and roomy, with 4 beds in 3 bedrooms, a huge great room, and we'll equipped kitchen. Only drawback is having only one bathroom...if you have more than 4 people, that might get tough. Could use another, tbh. Deck and screened in porch were great. House was nice and clean when we arrived, and the check-in/out process was easy. Only criticism would be some wear and tear that could be addressed..broken trim on kitchen floor that I stubbed……

“Cute, quiet place near Shawnee National Forest. A few neighborhood dogs came to hang out on the porch at night but they were very friendly.”
