On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and a dining area of 45 square metres. The room is air-conditioned and disposes of satellite TV, a DVD player and a telephone and fax machine. The bedroom on the ground floor has two single beds, a wardrobe, an air-conditioning device and satellite TV. There is also a W/C with a shower and a washing machine on the ground floor. The ground floor balcony is spacious- 45 square metres- and also has a dining table with chairs.
First floor
On the first floor of the Villa Romantic there are two bedrooms.
1.The first one has two single beds, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, satellite TV, a wardrobe, air-conditioning as well as a terrace.
2.The second bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, satellite TV, air-conditioning, a safe, an en-suite bathroom and a terrace with a magnificent view.

At a distance of approximately 20 km from the town of Corfu, in the south-western part of the island, lies the area of Agios Mattheos with the village of the same name. This is an area surrounded by olive groves. The village of Agios Mattheos is situated on a leeward slope of Mount Pantocrator, only 10 minutes away from the nearest beach, that of Paramonas. Villa Panoramic is located at a distance of 500 metres from Paramonas beach and 2 km from the village of Agios Mattheos.
