“This is a very beautiful All Inclusive resort with very nice food, very friendly and helpful staff. The general manager lacked a little bit respect and friendliness when I tried to make him aware of the crowdedness in the dining room and no system in place to improve it, but only at the very beginning of the conversation, after that he was nice, listened and dealt appropriately with the matter. Our room was perfectly okay for our 3 nights stay but it is not okay how dirty the floor was. We told……

“Idyllic spot ! Quiet location, stayed in the main hotel with a sea view room, lovely balcony overlooking the bay. Room was perfect, v clean and modern, free toiletries and we were v grateful of the daily water and the complimentary bottle of wine and basket of fruit on arrival - nice touch! Used the beach and pool, both lovely with service to your sunbeds. Would not hesitate to return again.”

“I loved the view … but it does get crowded . Did not like the fact they used cardboard cup for cocktails at some places .. it get soggy after 3 minutes .”

“Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal, hat unser Anliegen (Zimmerwechsel) angenommen und als es möglich war ohne nochmaliges Nachfragen umgesetzt (danke hierfür!!!) tolle großzügige Anlage, hervorragendes Essen und so viel Auswahl (verschiedene Restaurants), Lage am Meer, einfach ein Traum und Luxus pur und eine Urlaub zum Abschalten! ”

“Ha sido una estancia muy buena. Hemos estado 2 adultos y 2 niños en una habitación con vistas al mar. En esta época no había demasiada gente, así que estaba todo disponible, limpio, todo el personal muy amable y el todo incluido, para nosotros que no vamos ni a comer ni a beber de forma compulsiva, es mucho más de lo que comemos o bebemos en casa. Como no hacía calor no había mosquitos.”

“The hotel was lovely, warm and welcoming, the Komenno peninsula is beautiful and we loved that wherever you are in the hotel there are beautiful views. Food and drink at the beach bar and à la carte restaurants was amazing (though expect to pay high prices if not on all inclusive). The sister hotel Imperial is easy to walk to and has some lovely restaurants, views and seating areas to explore also. Staff very nice and helpful, they helped us book a private boat tour which was great and we also……
