“Generally ok. Just do not expect there is no coffee pack in room, and there was no refill after we used the tea bag. A five star hotel should be able to do better.”

“From first booking to checking out the experience here was great. Lourdes emailed us prior to ensure we knew where to go and what facilities were available. The hotel is in a great spot next to the market and beautiful square, and really quiet. The apartment was spacious, the kitchen had all the facilities (kettle, hob, microwaves, plates etc) and they provided more than enough towels. Te decor is beautiful and well thought out. loads of hot water in a nice new bathroom. we stayed in a room……

“It’s a very nice apartment. Whole building, including the center garden, the pool, the hallways are all decorated nicely. Very IGable. Inside the apartment is also nicely furnished and clean. We’ve got everything we needed for the stay. Well-equipped kitchen with washing machine and dish washer. The good air-con was really a lifesaver in summer Spain. Staff was very nice. Car park is not at the apartment with a 30 seconds walk around the corner. Not a big issue at all.”

“作为一家挂牌四星级的酒店，这里真的太让人失望了。我们一行四人，订了一个四人间，有四张单人床，但是住进去之后，房间的问题真的很多。 缺点： 1. 热水要放很久很久才出来，大冬天的，等水洗澡真是不好受。 2. 暖气不管用！暖气机没有一丝风，打电话叫前台解决，刚开始来了一个服务员，没能解决，后来前台也一直拖着没来看，后来很久才打电话来问我们要不要换房间，换房间太麻烦，我们强烈要求加两床被子留在了原来的房间。天气很冷。 3. 水质有杂物，煮出来都不能喝。 唯一的优点大概就是窗外的风景还可以，停车场对于自驾的我们来说还算方便，没有其他的了。 真是让人失望的四星级酒店，不会再回来住。”
