“loved this little duplex for me, my fiancé and our dog. so clean and quiet although you’re in a busy area. host was very communicative. only note i had is one of the gates in the backyard didn’t seem to latch so we kept an eye on that when our dog was out. loved it!”

“The booking process was so easy and the place was well equipped for our purposes. The fenced in backyard was a real plus for us with our pup. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and having a small family get together for the holiday. Rooms were clean. Being just a few blocks from Cub Foods was a plus. Walked the dog through the neighborhood several times. Hosts were very easy to contact and quick to respond to all of our questions. Good place to stay!”

“We had a group of 8 and it was nice that 3 of the bedrooms held queen beds and the other had a king. The table was big enough to hold us and it had all the cooking supplies we needed to be able make some meals. The property manager was very helpful and answered any question I had in a timely manner. ”

“My (now) husband and I stayed here for our wedding weekend and it was absolutely perfect! The house is adorable and well taken care of. We loved the built in stereo system to play old records and CDs throughout the house. The view of the river was beautiful! I got ready for the wedding here and the lighting and space were so great to have a few people around. We are hoping to spend anniversaries here in the future! Big bonus was meeting the owners and their sweet dog, Poe. They were super kind……

“We went down for a funeral. The house was large enough to accommodate family coming in to visit from different parts of the state. Although they did not stay with us, it was great to have a central location. This was our 2nd time staying at this home and it will always be our home away from Dallas, TX to Minnesota. The location is great, and neighborhood is very quiet. The owner Steve has very good communication skills, he responded and was available upon our request. Steve made a special visit……

“I’d like to give them a higher rating because every time a problem popped up they worked to solve it! But when we arrived four hours after check-in time last Sunday, the owner seemed to have no advance notice of our week-long booking. The apartment wasn’t cleaned yet and a family member was taking a shower. They were very apologetic about it and we waited about an hour before moving in. We did like the location and the unit was fine overall!”

“We loved being able to stay in the lovely Victorian home. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas with a tree that made us feel at home. There were plenty of rooms, towels, and owner provided shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The kitchen was perfect for a family of chefs.
