The area where the house is located is transforming, so there's definitely a wide array of houses and socioeconomic backgrounds, but we never felt unsafe, we walked through the neighborhood, etc. And you can walk to downtown Coconut Grove in 8 minutes, there's a weekend farmer's market that's exceptional that's a 2 minute walk away, etc. Ultimately we would definitely stay here again and we're fairly discerning about……
