“Very nice. Were surprised to see a black bear in the yard!”

“Love this house. The layout means things stay quiet in the bedrooms even if people are still up and moving in the living room. Entire house, kitchen included is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Hosts have great communication. Our favorite feature was the hot tub. This is a rare commodity to find in pacific beach. It was one of the nicest hot tubs we’ve ever had at a rental!Only “downside” is there is a house currently being built that appears to share the backyard space,……

“There was plenty of space for two adults and two older kids. The hot tub was clean and well kept. The kitchen had everything we needed. ”

“Truly wonderful. Very dog friendly, complete with swifter mop. Very, very clean. Well stocked kitchen with pretty much everything you’d need for a big meal. In the off season, the street wasn’t busy and was perfect for long walks to the beach with dogs. Only thing was there’s only one bathroom. There’s a sink only upstairs, and no door for the loft area which was no issue for me. Parking was great for two cars with plenty of space. Overall, 10/10. Would come back can’t beat for the price. ”

“The “chic” cottage is a fab place in a lovely location - exactly as promised. Our only challenge was with the key code. We had to look up how to lock the suite up on YouTube when we left to go out on Saturday morning. And I did not get a response to my email from the host when I asked. Other than that it was a great stay & we would love to come back.”

“My husband and I had a fantastic stay at "A Perfect Wave" Amazing hosts. The place was absolutely perfect and exactly as described. Communication from the host was super! Everything from booking, to check in, house rules, and check out was easy and well thought out. I had left an item of mine at the cabin and quickly emailed the host, who got back to me immediately with help in getting my things back to me. :) Thank you so much for a wonderful anniversary and birthday weekend get away.
