“The property had my reservation for several months. They even sent me a text the day before the reservation for me to check in. After traveling all day, they weren’t even open. The parking lot was empty and a handwritten sign to call to “check in” led to a number that would only text and not talk on the phone. “We stayed here because we were attending the I was Feeling Festive 2. The hotel is 15-20 min away from the place the convention takes place. “Wow, is all I can say about the experience staying at Springhill Suites in Conyers, GA. My company hosted a training at our local corporate office for a large customer.
