“We stayed at the 1BR 20E - Cozy Downtown Atlanta Condo and the property was perfect for our trip. 4 friends of mine and I enjoyed the proximity of this property to the Mercedes Benz stadium, aquarium, world of coca cola, State farm arena, restaurants and shopping. The place was clean and quiet.”

“My friend and I stayed while attending a nearby convention. The location is centralized and nearby the sights, and there's a great view from the 19th floor. However, these pros did not outweigh the many cons of this unit, and dealing with the host. 1. Check-in took 30-40 min because the host provided no confirmation details to the front desk. 2. Dirty kitchen, floors and bathroom 3. Roaches were observed in the bathroom, likely entering through the large gaps in the shower tiles of the service……

“We had a very nice long weekend here. The condo is nice and clean and a short walk to the aquarium which was our main purpose for staying here. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Would stay again.”

“Cancelled on us after the trip had “already started” we arrived around 7 even tho check in was at 4 and didn’t receive instructions to get it. Once I messaged, whoever was responding told us that it wasn’t ready and to come back an hour later. I wasn’t made aware of this situation until I was the one who reached out and messaged. I’ve booked with vrbo so many times and this was by far the worst experience ”

“It was a good stay at the Condo, people were very friendly and helpful. I would stay again. Now the problem - Biggest issue was Vrbo not being clear and easy handling the transactions. The location in the heart of Atlanta causes the GPS to give unclear directions, but the Condo owner with a call solved the problem. The Condo was built in the 60’s so everything worked but there little things to do a workaround, but nothing that would cause a negative experience.”
