“Had a hard time finding the apartment at night based on directions. The building felt a less private than I'd expected, but that impression faded once we were inside. Had a really lovely stay. The political signs were a bit aggressive, not the most welcoming entrance for a getaway. But once past those surface-level experiences the apartment is very beautiful with gorgeous views.”

“We just had an absolutely wonderful weekend stay at the apartment at Sweet Brier Farm! It was quiet, relaxing, comfortable, and well-equipped. We met the adorable farm animals, went in the hot tub, and had two AMAZING homemade breakfasts in the main house. Helen and Keith were so kind and made sure we promptly had everything we needed! We will definitely be staying here again!!!”

“Very nice clean apartment. The only disadvantage is this is a second floor apartment and it is not listed anywhere that you have to travel upstairs to get to the apartment. This became a challenge for my elderly parents. Thankfully we were only staying one night, but getting them up and down the stairs was not easy. Otherwise the apartment was fine. Had everything we needed for the night. ”

“Apartment was overall well maintained. Some cleanup of the walls, and repairs of nicked paint on walls/floorboards would enhance overall aesthetic. Rugs in apartment were all dirty, couldn’t close the dorr in one of the bedrooms without folding back the rug. Kitchen furniture was all chipped. Beds were comfortable enough. apartment stayed cold because of multiple windo AC units still being installed at the end of November. The location was peaceful and private — truly an unexpected gem within minutes of the center of New Hampshire’s capital city. During our stay we experienced two snowstorms and we were grateful for our host’s balance of respecting our privacy while also ensuring us safe access in and out of the snowy property.
