“Hotel is well situated near the bus stop for Constanta bus station etc. It is further away from the strip and so quieter, but it involves crossing a busy road to get to the breach. The food is Romanian and plentiful. We went for the half board option which gave the equivalent of £10 per day to spent on food and drink from the bar, which was more than enough for a meal and a beer.
