「I really appreciate how good Thomas and John are with communication. They are quick to write and they provide clear information.The rules are easy. Essentially they amount to clean up after yourself, dispose of your garbage, leave dirty towels, sheets etc. in the bathroom, and make sure electronics are turned off and windows are closed.
