"We had a nice stay. The room was comfortable. The people at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The pool was fun, especially the slide. The restaurant onsite, Botavara, had tasty food and friendly service. The koi and iguanas were a fun surprise. There was no refrigerator in the room, and unfortunately the phones and tv were not working during our stay."

"The power went out almost the entire night and it was really hot. When I decided to take a shower to cool off i was touching the shower head and the power came on for a second and somehow i got electrocuted then the power went out again. "Only good thing about the place is the spot. Shower was flooded, so the first night after a long trip and a long day, nobody took a shower, imagine how uncomfortable was that. Place has dirt from ants nest. You can probably fit 9 people on a real bad layout. But the wil charge you for the “extra guest while it says from the beginning is for 9 people. Place is dark on the back ally, watch for the floor is unlevel because of a drain, i almost twist my ancle. Security boxes are not well mantain....
