VILLA MARABÚ is new construction, modern and functional, it is ideal for families with children looking for an incredible vacation in Conil and its beaches, MARABU is located in the residential area of ​​Conil (El Colorado), in this area just 60 meters from the walking village you can find supermarkets, restaurants, tapas bars, ice cream parlors, pizzerias, pharmacy, ambulatory, gas stations, etc ...
The villa is located 2 minutes from the famous urbanization of Roche and its beaches, 5 minutes from Conil village and its beaches, has very good access from the highway.

Excellent villa , very well equipped and very clean.
We were very impressed with this villa which was excellent and just as described and as per photos. The villa was extremely clean and very well equipped for a family to stay. Kitchen was the best equipped villa we have ever stayed in. The owners were very friendly and easily reachable. They responded straight away whilst we were at villa and had a query. We would definetly recommend and hope to go back again.

El trato de Ana es impecable. Nos recibió de tal manera que nos sentimos como en casa desde el primer momento. La casa es preciosa, con todos los detalles del mundo y comodísima. Está muy muy equipada (la cocina, por ejemplo), algo que valoro significativamente. Para mí, un 10!

Schönes Haus in etwas lauter Umgebung
Das Haus ist modern und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist auch sehr gut. Der Pool und der Außenbereich sind pflegeleicht und komfortabel. Allerdings liegt das Haus direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, wodurch doch erheblicher Straßenlärm durch Autos und Lkw entsteht. Nachts ist es zum Glück aber ruhig.

Enjoyable house, where you can rest and enjoy the beautiful area, too.
Beautiful house, new and very clean. It has everything you need. The pool area is fabulous. The host was super nice and always available. 10 minute drive from the center of Conil. Supermarkets and some restaurants in walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay. We will be back.

Modern, new and very well kept accommodation. Lovely pool and all you need to enjoy your stay, easy to chill out and start to relax. Some very limited road traffic but high walls create a very private area. Owners made every effort to make our stay comfortable. We highly recommend Villa Marabu as a destination. Carrefour supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy and a few shops all near by. From the Villa you are just a few kilometers from some of the best beaches in Europe. Journey to Cadiz/Conil de la frontera/Vejer de la frontera/Barbate, there is so much to see and do, we will be back to this area as it is a less developed gem.
