“Please keep in mind that this is an apartment-hotel, not a typical hotel which would provide daily housekeeping and other amenities. That being said, the unit we reserved was a 2BR/2BA unit that had a full kitchen and plenty of storage space. I think the condition of the unit seemed a bit worn as the cabinet doors to the bathroom vanities were rather water damaged in certain parts. The water pressure from the water conserving shower heads was a bit low and the shower drains in the primary……

“J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre, la salle de bain et la cuisine étaient propres, équipée d'un lave-vaisselle, bien aménagées et confortables. L’établissement dans son ensemble est très beau et bien entretenu. Il est situé dans un quartier agréable, à environ 10 minutes à pied d’une station de métro, ce qui rend les déplacements faciles. Personnel, particulièrement aimable et toujours à l’écoute. Je recommande sans hésiter !”

“I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!”

“Exactly what our family of 5 needed as a home base in NYC. ”

“There was a lot of construction noise from hotel work being done during the day while I was staying. The lighting really could have been better in the room, even with all the lights on it was dim and the top bolt on my door didn't work. Overall it was a really great room, clean, large, easy to use, and a great location with the subway on the corner of the same block. Target and Whole Foods are within walking distance, as is the Brooklyn Bridge, ”

“We enjoyed our stay at this property, especially being so close to the subway and nearby bodegas. One thing, one of the mattresses was rock solid — the owners should invest in at least a mattress topper. The water in the shower gets extremely nice and hot, and the other tenants were very friendly. Another weird thing, “an exterminator” came in the morning during one of the days we stayed around 9am, and tried to barge in and “exterminate”. That was uncomfortable, and he had a key. The owners……

Generally good

"Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages. Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically sufficient to me with good services. staff and cleaning ladies are good. Free to depose luggages of course tips are what it takes. I wrote to prefer a high-floor room but ended getting a low one and the staff told me he could not change what’s in the system. Don’t quite understand…well that’s what it was. "
