“Bed is too soft. Room is very spacious for a queen bed. Breakfast has hot doods provided which is good. Just a one nite stay is ok.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this beautifully restored 257 year old farmhouse. The location was peaceful and private — truly an unexpected gem within minutes of the center of New Hampshire’s capital city. During our stay we experienced two snowstorms and we were grateful for our host’s balance of respecting our privacy while also ensuring us safe access in and out of the snowy property. We can’t wait to return in June and again in September! ”

“We needed a comfortable place to stay for a month and this looked perfect from the listing. It was perfect in person too! There is plenty of room, each space being well thought out, it’s clean, and there’s an ac unit too which we only used a few days. The setting is perfect too, private, nice patio for coffee and a book, and beautiful trees around. The owner is nearby for any help and he is quick to respond and he is so kind. We hope we can stay there again in the future!”

“Very nice clean apartment. The only disadvantage is this is a second floor apartment and it is not listed anywhere that you have to travel upstairs to get to the apartment. This became a challenge for my elderly parents. Thankfully we were only staying one night, but getting them up and down the stairs was not easy. Otherwise the apartment was fine. Had everything we needed for the night. ”

“The place is very nice was able to communicate easy with the host or owner not sure. Only thing I would suggest to put towels for 4 people and extra sheets, besides that the stay was very relaxing love it. ”
