“Very friendly staffs with high efficiency. On the day we checked out, we stored our baggages in the morning. As we picked up in the afternoon, we realized our belonging may be left in the room. Though our uber had already arrived, staffs still found it shortly after that. Also, enough backup for several disposable items when calling for help. A close location to the airport. A nice and worthwhile place to stay again for the next chance visiting LA.”

“The property is cute. Staff was great with the exception of the Saturday evening desk clerk, he was rude and dismissive. The Saturday morning and Sunday morning desk clerk was so sweet and helped me set up a nice surprise for my daughter who was getting married that day. It is too bad the night desk clerk had to be so unreasonable at their check in. It was great that the hotel was allowing evacuees have their animals there. They should consider being pet friendly year round. ”
