The bellboys and cafe staff were very kind and lovely, but the staff at the front desk in the afternoon were extremely unfriendly. I regret not noting down their name.
After finishing my day, I returned to the hotel around 5 PM and tried to open my room door, but it wouldn't unlock. I went to the front desk to exchange the key, but even after the exchange, the door still wouldn't open. I went back to the front desk, and they explained that the door lock needed a battery recharge and said they would send an engineer to my room. After waiting for over 20 minutes and no one showing up, I asked again and was told they’d come soon. I waited longer, but no one came, so I inquired again. This time, they said they had recorded the wrong room number, despite already having confirmed the room number during the name verification process. When I complained, instead of apologizing, they responded with "anyone can make mistakes," which made me feel extremely upset.
The cleanliness of the room was also disappointing: I found red lipstick stains on the replaced towels, and the replaced water bottles were already opened and filled with used water. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and I have no intention of visiting again.
