The Space:
Located near an "escape room" just three doors down, Loyal Coffee, Garden of the Gods Market and Café, Shuga's, Streetcar 520, The Exchange, Dos Santos—so much Springs goodness, just minutes away!

This spacious one bedroom is in a four-unit building and has been updated to modern perfection.

Clean, modern, comfortable. Designed with short-term travelers and guests in mind.
You'll enter through the front door and access your private entrance from the hallway. Located in the upper-level, the apartment is open and bright. You'll enter into the great-room which features a living room and a kitchen. You'll notice a table for two, comfortable seating, and a great space to kick back and relax.

The kitchen is welcoming and ready for your culinary creations; the living space is colorful and offers plenty of room for (2) — a romantic getaway perhaps? The single bedroom is well-appointed with a comfortable queen and offers quality bedding. The single bath presents the same, practical sensibility.

This amazing space has a keyless entry and fast Wi-Fi that is perfect for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.

Guest Access:
This is an apartment with a shared entryway. Your unit will be completely private to you. No access to patios from this unit. Only front porch.

The Neighborhood:
Located just south of Downtown, this neighborhood presents established homes, many from the turn of the 20th century, in the process of transition. Some parts are gorgeous, others are rougher around the edges, but what is UNEQUIVOCAL is the energy of this neighborhood. Some of the finest, trendiest dining establishments in Colorado Springs are just a block or two away. Be sure to check out Shuga's for a wholly authentic, bohemian-chic. Streetcar 520, Dos Santos, Coquettes are all award-winning restaurants. There are cafes (The Exchange), breweries (Gold Camp Brewing Company), old-school-cool Italian places (Luigis) and plenty of additional opportunities if you're willing to walk 4 or 5 blocks, instead of 2! All of the more well-known Colorado Springs attractions, places like Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, the Broadmoor, the Air Force Academy—are easily accessible, and some just minutes away from the main roads and the Interstate right down the road. Exceptional urban appeal. Easy access. We think you'll love it!

*Please note that Colorado Springs does have a small homeless community. Although this is an extremely safe area near restaurants, coffee shops, a police station, and spa's you may encounter people who suffer from homelessness.

Getting Around:
Although there are exceptional entertainment, dining and recreational opportunities within walking distance to this vacation rental, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

Other Things to Note:
ATTENTION:
- AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
🐶 NO Dog Policy This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.
- No smoking or vaping (of any kind) is allowed indoors
- Washer and Dryer are located in common area space on lower level of home.
-No 2nd story balcony access
* Garbage bins are located in the back alley. Please let us know if the trash is overflowing - we will fix that for you!
* White Honeywell Thermostat controls the baseboard heating and is a backup only. Please leave at 55 degrees.
* The Heat/AC temperature is controlled off of the Mini Split on the living room wall. Please use the remote to control this and the temperature of the home!
**We appreciate your understanding about the house next door which, while somewhat run-down, appears to be unoccupied. Despite its outward appearance, it doesn't detract from the comfort and tranquility of our home.

-We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs. If we are able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, we can do this free of charge. Please check with us on the day of your arrival to see if the property will be ready early for an early check-in or the day before your departure for a late check-out.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving week. We felt very comfortable in the neighborhood & the apartment home. Having to put a code in to enter the home & then to enter the apartment made us feel extra secure. This was such a cute & cozy little retreat spot. Just what we needed. The unit was very well thought out. Nice living space and kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the bath was spacious. Laundry facility in the bacement was a great feature. Good location-a short drive to everything. Would definately stay again

What a great location and private space
I am impressed! This was such a great central location to stay for a few days while visiting family. Quiet and private with excellent security. Even though it is located very close to Nevada Ave the noise is unnoticeable. This unit has been nicely decorated, is very comfortable and feels like home. Nice touches like shampoos, and body wash in the shower. A very large bathroom. Nice size bedroom with large windows, mini split in the living room. It was exceptionally warm during my stay and the mini split kept the apartment at 75 degrees . Great complete kitchen with so many thoughtful additions to make meals. Coffee maker, toaster, full range and oven etc. my communication with the host was excellent and responses were very timely and helpful. This is a must stay place! I will be back! Thank you!

Great reminders, instructions, etc from property management company. Location is walkable to restaurants. Apartment clean. Common stairway could be a bit cleaner and more inviting but that is my only complaint.

Beautiful Apartment in a Great Location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was beautifully renovated and decorated, as well as being a short walk away from great restaurants, brewpubs and shopping. We'd definitely book it again next time we're in Colorado Springs.
