"This place was unprofessional, and technically is an apartment hotel. The pictures provided of the beach were fake, the beach can’t be seen from the view, but the beach is a 5 minute walk. When we arrived the doors were locked, and the owner had to be called by the neighboring store. It is located in a good area for tourism and shopping, as its surrounded by stores. "Property was amazing, we stayed in the treehouse, which was wonderful to wake up to bird noises and monkeys and other wildlife running around. The only challenges they charge for everything and you have no choices. Costs included internet, transportation from the dock to the hotel eac way etc. staff was great all excursions were great with the exception of the night walk in the Amazon. Same walk during the day would’ve been more informative. Treehouse was amazing but be prepared for bare bones...
