"Let me start with the fact that I don’t like Naples. But this hotel is like an island inside the not so inviting city. Used to be a real palace that turned into a luxurious hotel. When you walk to your room you really feel the royal atmosphere. Everything is new, clean and of excellent design, inside and outside the room. "It’s so hard to rate this property. The staff were fantastic, in particular Marcello on reception. The hotel is very dated and needs a makeover. A shower over the bath just doesn’t cut it these days. The area around the hotel is very dirty and seems unsafe, but I wasn’t harassed at all. There are lots of police and soldiers in and around the station. Overall, I’d go back again but some people may need to be wary of the location."

"This is a great hotel. The location couldn’t be better-it’s literally 1 minute away from the metro station and the train station. Although it is on a crowded block, the window isolation is super - we didn’t hear any street noise. Shower stream and WiFi signal are both very strong. "Don't let the location fool you. This extremely friendly hotel is in the heart of the Spanish Quarter in Napoli. The staff is the friendliest and most dedicated I have seen in a very long time. My wife and I travel often and have enjoyed nice personnel but Marco, Luca y Nello are something special. The breakfast is not huge but is plentiful and very nicely prepared. I would stay here again without any doubts. Thanks to all of you guys we had a great stay. Eduardo y Carmen."
