Being an old vintage hotel, sometimes, there was water clogged in the bathtubs, bugs on the bed and there was no housekeeping service done during our stay to check the bedsheets & clean trash when they said they would. We liked them giving us a wine bottle being a VIP member.

This property fit my needs overall. It is on the older side so could use some updates. The water never got hot enough for me but was tolerable. Additionally, the code to enter the property changed after our first night but no one notified us so we had to call and get it figured out at midnight of our second night. However, the breakfast was nice and the staff was always very kind and accommodating.

The property looked dirty on the outside and was just as dirty on the inside of the room. The bedspread, sheets and shower curtain were dirty. I checked out in about 10 minutes. The pictures on the website are Apparently old. I would not recommend them. They also made me pay for one night because it was gross and we did not stay which I think was wrong. It is not my fault I was misled. Won’t happen again

We’ve stayed at least 3 other times in the past 5-8 years. We have never had any issue until this visit. We originally booked the family suite, the GM Victoria called the week of our stay to let us know if was unavailable. We agreed to 2 separate rooms instead . Robin was at the front desk when we arrived and was so friendly getting us checked in. I noticed the property seemed more run down than I remembered. When we opened the first room door the smell of perfumed cleaner was so strong, we left the door propped open to let it air out. As we entered the second room we had to double check that we’d booked a non smoking room because it smelled like old cigarettes that someone attempted to cover with heavy perfume. I wish I had taken pictures but there were cobwebs, filth on the walls and what looked like cigarette ashes all over the black sofa. As we sat there with our 3 kids trying to figure out what to do our oldest (that has severe asthma and allergies) told us she was having trouble breathing. With 10 mins of arriving I was back in the front office returning my keys because of the state of the rooms. Robin was kind and told us the housekeeping staff use fabulouso because they like it to smell clean🙄 She also said it was an ongoing issue and we weren’t the first to complain. The GM Victoria wouldn’t refund our entire stay and threatened to call the cops when we arrived on site to try and get our first night refunded. Steer clear of this place. It’s not what it used to be.

The hotel is very outdated and dirty. There were roaches, the pool was closed and the manager Victoria was extremely rude. Would not recommend this hotel!

The property was vintage so ill give a pass for that. However, my windows were unlocked and i had to lock them. The bedding was dated as so the furniture. It reminded me of a motel instead of a boutique hotel. The property location was very convenient. Would i stay there again? Probably not. But overall, i was treated very nice during my stay.

Truthfully the building just looks really old. the furniture is old, but the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The room was pretty clean i have a few concerns. The floor obviously must’ve not been very clean since there was a bobby pin that wasn’t mine on the floor. The walls are stained and gross looking, the couch was dirty like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. the shower drain was clogged so i had to constantly turn the water off to let the water drain. the sheets had an orange stain so i did not use them to sleep. The toilet was stained black. However, despite these everything else was pretty clean. The staff was nice. I didn’t raise these concerns with them because by the time i noticed many of these things I felt it was too late to do anything about it, my bad. The breakfast is basic continental does its job. Was not noises and clean for a pet friendly hotel. This is one of those “you get what you pay for”, but it’s still a higher end of price for this. The social evening hour is nice

The mattress on the sofa bed was extremely thin and full of stains. You could feel the springs easily through the mattress which made for a painful nights sleep for our children. The “blanket” provided wasn’t even big enough for one person. We had to ask for more bedding to try to make the sofa bed somewhat bearable for one night. The tissue box in the bathroom had makeup all over it. The wooden furniture used for a closet in the bathroom was chewed up from a previous guests animal we assume. We had to stay for the one night as a refund was not available but we canceled our second night there and moved to a different hotel immediately the next morning. The staff was kind but the hotel was disgusting.
