This lower-level Walla Walla duplex is located in the College Place subdivision right next to Walla Walla University, so it's great for professors, visiting alumni, and parents alike! With two bedrooms and WiFi, this dog-friendly duplex is a convenient home base when visiting this vibrant college town. You'll have a nicely decorated living room (including locally made furniture), a 42-inch flatscreen TV with cable. You can settle back into the overstuffed furniture and open up that bottle of local wine for a relaxing evening. A full kitchen has everything you'll need for preparing meals including a dishwasher for easy clean-up. The space is bright and open and looks out at the dining room table so socializing while fixing a meal or cleaning up is easy.
Both comfortable bedrooms have their own private bath for extra convenience, as well as a queen-size bed each and matching bedroom furniture. The main bathroom is en-suite and includes a large soaking tub for the perfect ending to a relaxing day. With the additional sofa bed in the living room, up to six adult guests can sleep comfortably. Other amenities include a gas grill, apricot trees in the yard, and a private washer and dryer. There's no need to over-pack when you stay here! Whether you spend your time attending campus events or wine tasting in the area, you'll enjoy coming back to this comfortable Washington getaway at the end of a fun-filled day. Walla Walla is known for its up and coming wine scene (including over 100 area wineries!), downtown antique boutiques, and meandering country roads just perfect for cycling! You'll be just three scenic miles from downtown and charming streets filled with public art, where you can easily plan a fancy dinner out and then an evening at the popular Walla Walla Symphony. Golfers can tee off at four area golf courses and in the fall months and this beautiful region is a bird watcher's paradise. With 100 acres of public parks, 20 miles of hiking trails, and a plethora of restaurants, galleries, wineries, and cultural attractions, Walla Walla has something for everyone!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
