“We loved staying at this location. Cabin and grounds are wonderful. Only negative (for us) was having to get back to the cabin before dark. Driveway to cabin is a little scary and tricky in the dark. Could use reflectors.”

“It maybe misunderstandings on our part but we didn't realize that the tents are in someone's backyard in a residential neighborhood. The night we arrived, it was rainy and cold. The tent leaked in several places, one was on the bed so it got soaked. The bathroom is outside with a small, tent material cover over the toilet so when you are sitting, the water drips over your head. I went to a hotel the next night while my boys stayed. They finally gave in and came to the hotel to sleep as it was……

This place absolutely fit the bill! The host, Molly, was extremely responsive each time we communicated. On check-in day, she sent me detailed instructions. The cabin was only a 30 minute drive from my home - with the change of scenery, it seemed a world away! I found that the instructions were perfect, making……

“Smelled of cigarettes and skunk. We were there 15 minutes before check-in and the cleaning lady showed up after us to spend all of ten minutes “cleaning” the room. The area had garbage in the pit and around the property. The bed was very uncomfortable and squeaked with every movement. You are expected to stand in a dirty bucket to take a shower. The listed contact person of the property was not responsive at all. We sent a message that we were checking out a day early because we were unhappy…he……

“The cabin was clean and accommodating. It is the perfect layout for 2 couples. We each had our own floor with bathrooms and beds. There was an event going on on the property but it did not affect our stay at all. Coffee was available by the property owner which was nice. The only downfall was the fact that there is no key to the cabin. There is a gate with a code that is provided however, especially being out of state vacationers, it would have been nice to know ahead of time that we would not……
