Absolutely horrible experience, our flight was delayed and we couldn’t make it on the first night for our stay , we kept calling the property over and over again , called atleast 40 times - the number provided kept saying - busy busy busy. NO ANSWER ! When we reached hotel the next morning , I asked about the missed night and was hoping that we can transfer that money towards the next night but the hotel staff refused to help us and kept saying we can’t help you at all , talk to Expedia. No one would even touch it . I reached out to Expedia and they said they will connect with the hotel to see if a refund can be issued . Even the agent helping me couldn’t not connect with the property .They said we will resolve it in 2 days for you .Two days later they reached out saying,sorry the property manager is not issuing any refund. Hotel said its expedia’s problem and wouldn't even talk to me, expedia tests one more time and came back with the answer that hotel is sticking with the policy. I had no problem paying for an extra night but they simply want to rip you off , rooms were not that great ,things were missing ,half broken , bathroom had no hot water ,towels were dirty , mirror was broken , water was coming out the bathroom and made the whole floor wet . Basically a TERRIBLE experience to begin our stay with . Please do not use Expedia or stay at Raddiaon Blu Coimbatore at all . No one will help you in the end after taking your money !
