About this space
Get the best sleep you've ever enjoyed while you gently rock to sleep aboard our comfortable Hunter 27' Sailboat. This boat was abandoned and then re-habbed into the perfect little floating hotel for up to 5. Docked in a gorgeous marina... Sit in the cock-pit and imagine you are sailing the seven seas on your next vacation. The vessel is equipped with a little extras too like electric and air conditioning. No bathroom on board, but marina bathrooms are only a short walk from your dockage!
The space
This accommodation is a lot like camping on water. We have bath towels available at the marina upon request. Fitted sheets and blankets on board for sleeping.This sailboat comes with a little extras though like air conditioning and electricity. Please note that there is no head on board and all bathroom/shower usage is provided by the marina facilities that are open 24/7 and maintained daily. The boat is not a pretty one on the outside but is very comfortable and well kept on the inside.

There is plenty of parking on site and our location is walking distance to lots of Cocoa Beach attractions like Ron Jon Surf Shop, The Beach, Kayak/SUP Rental Places, Restaurants, and more!
Other things to note
Staying on a boat is more about the adventure then glamor. If you're looking for mints under your pillows please book the Hilton instead.
Our boats are old but well maintained and comfortable for thier age. Weather can affect your stay, and this is a lot like camping.
We provide linens but feel free to bring your own for added comfort.
