“This cosy apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well appointed and the bathroom was spanking new. Host Joanna was very gracious. She put out a magazine article on the Meadowcroft Rock Shelter because she knew we were interested in it. It was fun to find school buses converted to ice cream trucks in the driveway and ice cream sandwiches as welcome gifts in the freezer. Another unique feature was the chicken run outside the door (the chicken never made noise.)……

“The apartment had an unusual layout with a tiny kitchen and the table area down the hall. Two of my brothers and I were in the area for a funeral. We had plenty of space and individual privacy. The description said that there was a bed in the common area, so I booked it for 3 adults. The host informed me that there was not a bed but provided a blowup mattress. When the mattress did not hold air, she immediately provided a new one. The host was very responsive. ”

“The open floor plan makes it feel so open and spacious. Tons of natural light and lots of lights in the evening make it cheery. Close to lots of restaurants.”
