“We were only there for 1 day but it was so relaxing for the 4 of us in our group, we feel rested and recharged, ready for the week ahead. “The service was first class and the dinner is the best meal I've ever had anywhere. Breakfast was also excellent. Sean and the team made us feel very welcome and we had a beautiful, relaxing evening in a wonderful property. Ardtara was a real treat for us and we will definitel be back.”

“Nigel's place was ideal for our needs, a short tour of the Causeway coast. The room was large, the bed comfortable, lovely bathroom and a very friendly welcome with off street parking and tea, coffee and biscuits supplied. It put the 4* hotel we stayed at in Belfast the night before to shame, it was much better. Highly recommended”

“The staff were excellent. The Xmas decorations lovely. Made to feel very welcome. The food I had was excellent. There is a nice bar attached just refitted, Underfloor heating in the bathroom is a nice touch also. One of the few hotels I have had a decent sleep in their beds. It is on a busy road so during the week the traffic starts around 6.30 but not really an issue as I would be be getting up for work. They make really good proper scramble eggs for breakfast. Continental and full cooked……

“The history of the cottage transformation in photos was amazing! It is clear the property owners are proud of their work and have paid great attention to detail.
