“The property is in disrepair and the mortgage company is looking for the owner. Someone left a door hanger envelope on the front door the day of my arrival with a note stating that rocket mortgage is looking for them. The list is extensive but to start… The deadbolt on the front door doesn’t lock, leaving a filmsy lock on the bottom as the only security measure. The water pressure in all the sinks are horrible. Barely any hot water in the kitchen. The master shower is missing half a door so……

“All the mapping apps except for Apple Maps took us to a different location 30 minutes away. So we drove to the wrong location and had to figure out where the actual location was. It would be helpful to put detailed directions in the listing so this doesn’t happen to other renters. Once we got to the place it was super nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay.”

“This house is perfect. I turned 60 this weekend and stayed from Thursday to Sunday. I didn't want to be anywhere else, but I had an itinerary to follow. I hosted 30 family and friends that Saturday outside. The pool house, pool, grills, patio furniture and the television outside under a covered area made it PERFECT. It's a little pricey, but worth every penny. Try it, you won't regret it. ”
