However, the lack of communication during the power outage was concerning, especially since we were not locals and had no idea what to expect if the outage continued indefinitely. When we spoke with the front desk during the outage, they did not offer any reassurance or information. We also requested a late checkout and were told that a 1pm checkout would be fine, with this information……
