“Overall the place was fine, we didn’t spend much time other than sleeping. The outside needs some Love with the lawn unkept and the backyard not able to be enjoyed. Inside could have been a little cleaner. Finger prints on doors and bathroom cabinets. Yet it did its job by offering a comfy place to retreat after our busy afternoons.”

“Family of 3 visiting Waco for BU orientation & Line camp. Very lovely 2bedroom flat in lovely historic district which was adequate for our family. Kitchen was nicely done - well lit. Love the kitchen island that we could eat at. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and even some common food items. Thankful for the snacks & wine that the host provided. The bedroom were as listed. The larger contained a king size and the smaller contained a queen/double. The smaller bedroom had adjoining……

“We spent three days at this lovely location, attending a graduation at Midway High School and visiting relatives. A storm had gone through Waco as we were approaching and the power went out. But our lovely hostess alerted us to the situation and then let us know as soon as the power was restored. The house was immaculate and entry was easy. “Big picture - this house is probably top 10 of all the houses we’ve been to and that’s saying a lot. Great bedrooms with ensuites and a massive kitchen area for cooking and hanging out. However, it could use some TLC in the cleaning department (indoors and out) as well as some attention to details to really make it shine. Arrival - there are wires where the doorbell should be and the keypad is a first-gen 10-digit code that requires code for entry and exit; also, the back door was wide open……

“I rented this property to meet up with my brother and his wife for just an overnight stay. When we arrived we could not find a place named Sunflower Inn and the one place we did find was called Esperanza Inn and there were already guests staying there. Upon talking to the owner he informed us that his unit somehow got overbooked and there was nowhere for us to stay. We immediately asked for a refund and he assured us we would be fully refunded, We waited the rest of that day to see a refund, but……

“LOVED the house! It's so much fun and functional! We have a toddler so the playground in the back sold us, then I fell absolutely in love with the convertible toilet seat for the little one. All the details in this house are perfect. We love to take family walks, so on the first night we walked a couple of blocks and turned back, that's the only negative. Never felt unsafe in the house, just not a really walkable neighborhood.”
