"Wonderful home. We took our youth group to the Ark and Creation Museum. The Ark was tricky to get to (don’t take route 22) but otherwise a nice drive. Two rooms had 3 beds. Perfect for what we were looking for. The kids enjoyed the animals on the property "

"Overall pretty great. It had good water pressure and lots of towels. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was really clean. It can sometimes be hard to find parking close to the place. It has great walkability to food."

"Noticed the basement light on went down stairs and found sheets/towels in the washer and dryer. I put the towels in the dryer and placed the dried sheets in a basket. The carpet very dirty. Kitchen floor dirty, knobs and stove dirty. Because of the uncleanness I did not use the kitchen other than a few glasses. The sink seemed to be backing up when I turned on the water to wash the glasses. Bathroom floor and baseboards dirty. The owners communicated very well prior to the stay. It has great...

"This is our second year in a row of renting the Cozy Cottage. It’s a wonderful location to get away from it all while still close to plenty of Cowan Lake trails and Caesar’s Creek activities for the kids. We loved being to bring our dog and find all the amenities to feel like we were glamping. :)"

"Beautifully remodeled and upgraded home. Plenty of space for all 3 of us adults. The shower/ tub combo was made for really small people, lol! Not a 200# adult. This definitely will not deter us from coming back though 😉."
