“This place worked great for our little family of 5 for one night. Very clean and neat. My 3 year old loved the toys. We didn't eat any meals here but the kitchen is all set up for making any kind of meals. There was a Keurig and K cups for coffee. A tray of snacks was on the island. We very much enjoyed our stay!”

“Perfect location. Safe neighborhood. Great communication and easy check in process. Very clean. The only concern I would mention is that the air conditioner struggled to keep the home cool. We would stay again.”

“The house was clean and nice, obviously it had been updated/remodeled at some point. Some of the outlets in the bedrooms upstairs did not work very well as the electric had been redone at some point, but the things needed toggled at times to actually turn on in the socket. Only two bath towels were left out for us to use the whole week and there was no available laundry to wash them and reuse clean towels. As a note to the property owner there must be a wasp nest near the upstairs bathroom……

“Welcoming, comfortable home away from home. Set on a beautiful ridge with rolling hills and valleys. Cows, horses, goats and a rooster nearby, yet quiet and peaceful. Lovely place to stay!”

“This was a great place to stay for our weekend of watching the Reds play. There were four of us on this trip and it was perfect. I liked that there was a grocery store in walking distance as well as local stores and pubs.”

“The property was perfect. Everything was well-kept and access to the house was easy and secure. The garden area was beautiful. Jon was very communicative leading into the stay. Luckily, we were able to meet him before leaving. We didn't mind walking to the connector to get downtown and we easily rented scooters to go further distances. The stay in Cincinnati went well and a major portion of that was the security and ease of Jon's carriage house. Highly recommended.”

“ Very nice place. Usually have to drive around the block a few times to find parking unless it’s the middle of the day. Convenient location other than parking. The loft area gets very hot but running the fan helps. Would be perfect if the loft has its own hvac unit. ”

“We were so impressed by how nice this place is. It is comfortable, well maintained and beautiful. The scenery is great and the fireflies put on a great show every night. We had a great time staying there while attending a dog show at the Robert's Center. The location was very convenient.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Rather than staying at a boring hotel I looked and found my first air b and b. We were in Ohio to attend the national French Bulldog show. Two other cabins also were there for the same reason. It was wonderful to be able to cook our own meals and “get away from it all” The kitchen was well appointed, with a lot of cooking essentials- a cariety of spices, utensils and even olive oil and cooking sprays. Next time I won’t have to bring so much! We could have used……
