“This place is a hidden gem! It was the PERFECT PLACE for our kids and grandkids to come and surprise my husband for his birthday!! It is well stocked with appliances and dishes etc. It was clean and cute. We brought ziplock bags which was helpful. My only complaint was we didn’t book it for longer…Seriously a great place to stay. The host had everything set up for the perfect experience to feel at home and create great family memories!! Thank you!!!”

“This place was perfect for a few friends who wanted to get out of the heat in Phoenix. Very quiet neighborhood, and house is only a 10 minute drive to downtown Prescott. The loft area upstairs was perfect to watch a movie. Many cozy bedrooms. The deck was enjoyable to watch the sunrise in the morning. I highly recommend this place!”

The views are amazing and the outdoor seating is great for hanging out any time of the day enjoying the views from the back and side yards. Thad and Tracy even out up a Christmas tree for us to make Christmas even more special! ”

“We stayed for a long weekend over Thanksgiving. The property was very nice. Unfortunately we arrived with a dishwasher full of dirty dishes and it was so overloaded that running it didnt get them clean. Half of the dishes in the cupboards were also dirty. We spent all of Thansgiving morning washing dishes. Outside of this, we had an amazing weekend but it was disappointing to pay so much for cleaning and then having to do it ourselves.”
