“We rented the full house for a week in July. We were 5 families, in total 10 adults and 10 kids. The house is big and fit all of us, and the pool was great! The kitchen is perfect for a big group and we made dinners together every evening! The kids loved the trampoline, swings, etc. We were there in July and it was a bit too hot without AC, but Nadia was helpful with fans. All in all we enjoyed it a lot and would definitely come back. Thank you!”

“Nice house in Tuscany Style with amazing location on a mountain. Really great pool and generous space for 4-6 persons. Great area with many nice locations like Assissi, Pienza, Siena, Cortona etc. We would not book this house again because of too many horsefly insects at the Pool and mosquitos in the house. Also missing aircondition leads to too high temperature especially at nights. Really nice house with small deficits.”

“We were a group of 12 visiting the area to spend time together and celebrate a birthday. The accommodation was lovely - and an en-suite for each bedroom was a bonus. It was a hot week but each room had a fan which was perfect. The house had everything we needed and the hosts were very kind. The welcoming cake and local produce was a super touch. “This is a beautiful apartment and property! The views will knock you out and the place feels so beautifully historic with a gorgeous glamorous rustic design. We loved the animals that the owner had and even let them in for a visit. Someone else mentioned to bring slippers because the floor is cold and I didn't remember but do bring slippers. - It is a little bit of a drive to the town of Assisi but WOW! what a beautiful drive..In any case, we couldn't have enjoyed the place more, we hope to……

“Smukt rustikt hus med fantastisk udsigt, vi var her i 2 uger og var gerne blevet længere. Meget hyggelig landsby i gåafstand, vi anbefaler bar Lo Spaccio til drinks og cappuccino. Vi var der under hedebølge og huset blev meget varmt- også om natten, hvor man kunne ønske sig en aircondition. Vejen var i forfærdelig dårlig stand med kæmpe huller, men vi vænnede os til den i vores lille lejebil (der heldigvis havde fuld forsikring på støddæmpere). “We enjoyed a lovely week staying at Villa Costa Piccola. Leonella was very helpful with any queries we had both before and during our stay, and made us a lovely tiramisu on arrival which the whole family enjoyed. Lots of places to explore locally (we visited Montepulciano, Arezzo, Assisi and Gubbio). We also spent a couple of days at the villa enjoying the pool and the peace and quiet. Villa was spotless and well equipped. Supermarkets in Umbertide were easy to get to for any supplies needed.……
