We stayed in Villa 1. The villa is on top of the row of restaurants, but we hardly heard any noise from below. The villa's are all nice and private; we couldn't really hear or see the guests in the villa next door.
The villa itself has lots of amenities, 3 bedrooms with a small 'half' bedroom which has a pullout sofa bed, 2 full bathrooms and an extra toilet, large kitchen, spacious living room, and two outside areas: one looking out on the marina and the other next to the pool. The amount of space means this is ideal for large families so you're not on top of each other all the time!
We unfortunately had a few maintenance issues whilst we were there; the most urgent ones were resolved quickly, but it would've been nice if the villa had been checked more thoroughly before our arrival.
The staff were all very friendly. We didn't use many of the hotels facilities, but we did use the bar one evening. Sadly the service was slow and the drinks weren't very nice. There are much nicer bars around the marina including Flamingo, where the staff were so nice.
The location of the hotel is really good, near to the marina, lots of restaurants, supermarkets and just a short walk from the beach. The villas are separate from the hotel - you have to either go over a bridge (with steps) or walk right around the marina to get to the villas, so worth asking the staff to take the luggage over, like we did.
Despite a few small issues, we had a great holiday and would definitely return
