"This park had only opened two days before I checked in, having been closed for post tropical cyclone Alfred clean up and repairs. I expected there to be ongoing noise and disarray, but the cabin and surrounding park including the pool was clean, tidy and open for business even though there was some restorative maintenance in progress. The location was great, within walking distance to the esplanade with cafes shops and the beach, and the park felt safe, with a good sense of privacy in the cabins. The cabin was clean, crisp and well appointed for self catering (though a broom with a full length handle would have been easier to manage in keeping the inevitable sand at bay). Staff were helpful and friendly throughout, and the environment was quiet and relaxing to which the pond and wildlife contributed. All these things, along with the facility offering good value mean I would have no hesitation in staying here again. "
