“Our first time to stay in treehouse type VRBO and we were pleasantly surprised with this experience. David has done an amazing job to create the perfect setting for peace and relaxation. We loved it and look forward to staying at other options on this property. Hanging out with nature including hummingbirds, cows, horses, beautiful views was just what we needed. “Great little getaway from the city. Absolutely love this lake. The property was perfect for the trip and host was very helpful. We try and fish this lake 2-3 times per year. Was anle to witness my best friend catch his 2nd 10+ lb bass this past Thursday (8/22/24) It was hot but was also amazing. If you come out to Breckenridge, you need to stay here at this house. We will be back ”

“I was in Breckenridge because my father had just died. We needed some space for family to stay and I was very happy to find a house where we could all stay together. Karen was a wonderful host with great communication. I booked the house twice in a two-week period. She checked with me to make sure the second booking wasn’t a mistake. The home is a beautiful step back in time and was perfect for those of us who had memories of that era. Thanks, Karen, for providing your home in a very small town.……

“Our stay was wonderful! We have zero complaints. It was very clean, quiet and cozy. Our teens enjoyed kayaking down to the boat ramp close by and making s’mores at the fire pit. We had great luck fishing and the bait shop is a quick trip down the road! Host reached out shortly after booking and stayed in communication throughout the entire stay. They even baited the dock for us and offered some fishing tips! ”

“Nothing fancy, but perfect! Jason was awesome with communication. And the bait store and staff were amazing! I highly recommend Jason's hot sauces. We got the green and regular. When we checked out we had to stop and get more for home. Definitely coming back in the near future.”
