Our check-in was fine until we discovered the TV in the room didn't work properly. We were told no maintenance was available (this was about 4:30 p.m.), so we had to pick up everything and move to another room. The person who checked us in was fine, but there was another clerk who was rather snide and not nearly as friendly. Someone spilled something on the lobby floor (dry, not wet) that was still on the floor when we returned to the hotel hours later. None of the soda vending machines worked, but the clerk put a sign on "Not Working" sign on them. And not that the staff can control it, but there were kids yelling, squealing, and running up and down the third-floor hallway on Saturday morning. Very disruptive and annoying.
