“My friends and I had a wonderful annual fishing trip stay on the ranch. The cabin was large and we each had on own room and space. The common areas were welcoming particularly the fireplace outside where we sat by the fire each night watching stars and telling stories. We were able to cook each morning and had all the supplies we needed. Lisa was a tremendous host with great communication. Check in was easy and she was very responsive on any questions we had. “Property was in a great location, views of surrounding mountains were amazing, kitchen was pleasantly well stocked with what ever you needed for cooking. Great fenced area for my dog . We would definitely be going back at some point. ”

“We are familiar with the area as we have been coming to Eagle Nest and Idlewild since I was a child. We were excited to find such a great place in Eagle Nest. A perfect spot to see the July 4th parade line up and got to watch the fireworks from the front lawn. Hope to rent the place again.”

“We just stayed for a quick weekend, but the property was excellent. I have stayed at other places in similar situations, but this was by far my best experience. Angela, the property manager/owner greeted us shortly after we arrived and gave us a quick overview of the property. Excellent customer service. And then just left us to enjoy ourselves. But was easily contacted if needed. The property was clean, comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. If you are in the area, this is the place to stay. ”

“The house and the property are nice and secluded, which is what we were looking for in a place. There was a hill behind the house that allowed the children to go sledding, and they had a blast. The appliances are older, but everything worked. Perfect for what we needed. My reason for not giving 5 stars is because the house was not cleaned prior to our arrival and there was no response from the owners when addressed with the property company. What's unfortunate to renters is that we pay A LOT in……
