“This is a beautiful 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. What separates it from the rest is a PRIVATE boat launch area on to the Colorado River. The water was around 85 degrees in late September. Take all your water toys with because you will be there from dawn to dusk. If there were more than 5 stars I'd have given this home. Thanks”
