Located in Rockley Christ Church in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, the house is surrounded by various fruit trees(mango, avocado, coconut, breadfruit, and soursop which you'll be able to get free once they're in season.

• Visit the coconut vendor every Saturday and Sunday! (2 minutes' walk)

• Try fruity cocktails and fresh, local fish and ribs at Shakers Bar and Grill (2 minutes' walk)

• Country House Café offers amazing breakfasts, salads, meat and fish(4 minutes' walk)

• The beautiful South Coast is a must-visit. Stunning beaches, the boardwalk, shops, and restaurants will give you a real taste of Bajan life (5 minutes' walk)

We had a great stay at Sunspot Chattel good location & very reasonably priced! Communication was excellent Rawle was very helpful & nothing was to much trouble! Everything you needed for self catering. I would certainly go back & highly recommend if your not looking for any that is going to cost an arm & a leg! Everything was great.

Enjoyed our stay and Rawls our host son was excellent and so kind and friendly. Helped when we arrived and again when we were leaving. The house location couldn’t be better everything needed was in walking distance. Would recommend for anyone to stay here. Since the house is tucked back from the road privacy was excellent and felt very safe staying here.

Stayed with a friend and son, great little house that has everything you could need for a stay. ac in the bedrooms was great, we only used it at night time as we were at the beach all day. Walked to Rockly beach each day about 6-8 min. Restaurants and shops along the way. Beach and shopping is great. Would stay again on a budget you can beat this place. And communication was great, host even arranged taxi to and from airport for us.

Chattel house

Perfect for 2 people!! Host/Hostess available any time. They were easy to deal with & responded to requests quickly. A 6 minute walk to the main road & bus service.We would rent from AnneMarie & Rawle again except for the big hill we had to walk up & down!! An overall great experience.
