“We read the reviews for the property and we were exited. Upon check-in we given room 401 ( third floor, no lift) first thing we noticed is the sewage smell from the bathroom, and one of the lights didn't work as well the TV, the room was the size of a single room, and a tiny window on the top that you couldn't look through it, the curtain didn't cover it fully and the light came very early, so we woke up very early, the size of the bathroom was very small, and the shower head was on the wrong……

“Beste frokost jeg har opplevd i mitt liv. Ingen over ingen ved siden. Roomservice rydder ikke rommet, selv om du henger ut skilt om at du ønsker det. Minibaren blir heller ikke automatisk fylt opp. Jeg måtte be om dette to ganger i løpet av et firedagers opphold. Du får ikke hjelp med baggasjen opp og ned de mange trappene opp til inngangen.”

“A lovely hotel in the centre of Chişinău. Beautiful and comfortable rooms, a great breakfast buffet and a really superb team - all so helpful and welcoming. The location is quiet and peaceful yet very close to all the sights of the city, and with some nice restaurants and cafes nearby. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you. ”

“Great stay overall. A couple of grocery stores and restaurants a few steps away, delicious breakfast, helpful staff, comfortable and spacious room. I found funny that there is a fee to use the pool though. My only real issue was the internet, unfortunately too slow and unstable for business travellers. But overall I would still stay here again.”

“The front desk staff were always lovely in helping me get to my meetings and arranging my taxi needs. The hotel is nice and well priced if you are looking for a decent stay for a business trip or short vacation in Chisinau. I had a weird run in with house keeping barging in one morning but otherwise the dtay was pleasant. ”
